For most parents, many questions come to mind during the enrollment process, and our Admissions office will make every effort to provide you with as much detailed information as you will need.
The following documents must be submitted at the time of enrollment:
Enrollment Agreement / Documents:

The entire enrollment agreement completed and signed.

Documentation verifying custody. If both biological parents are signing, no custody verification is necessary.

If the student has an insurance card, a copy of the front and back.

Copy of the student’s Social Security Card.

Certified copy of the student’s Birth Certificate.

Copy of the immunization/vaccination record from your child’s physician.

Copy of academic transcript if available.
Tuition & Fees:

Tuition rates vary depending upon the contract signed. Please call Royal Gorge Academy at (719) 275-1127 for more information.

Uniform Fee: Check made out to Educational Outfitters in the amount of $600.

Medical Fee: Check to Dr. Buttons in the amount of $290.
Personal Items:

If the child is on any prescription medication, at least one month supply.

All items listed on Addendum #17 to the Enrollment Agreement.
Please understand that the Academy will not accept any student unless the above items accompany or precede the student.
